Yenu Allowah was initially a program of The Council of Australian Governments (COAG), funded by the Federal Government and administered by the NSW Department of Family and Community Services. It forms part of the Closing the Gap initiative and is currently funded under the Indigenous Advancement Strategy (IAS) through the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
